Cancellation Policy
Cancellation / Early Departure:
In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive massage in writingand cancellation charges would be as follows:
For Domestic
- 45 days prior to departure: 35 % of the Tour / service cost
- 44-30 days prior to departure: 45% of the Tour / service cost
- 29-21 days prior to departure: 60 % of the Tour / service cost
- 20 days or less prior to date of departure or: ‘’No Show’’or 100% of the Total Tour Cost
For International
- 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
- 0-30 days prior to arrival: 100% of the Tour / service cost.
Flight ticket Payment & Cancellation:
- The domestic air fare changes on day to day basis, so the quoted air fare may marginally change at the time of booking. (Increase / Decrease). Once the tickets are issued we will charge the applicable air fare as printed on the e tickets.
- The guest has to make 100% advance payment for the air tickets
- In case the airline has cancelled that particular booked flight, the full amount will be refunded or the guest will be shifted to an alternate convenient flight.
Kindly Note:
1. No cancellation allowed during Peak season(i.e. from December 10 -January 31)
In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.
No Refund if the flight gets cancelled/Delayed/Rescheduled / Anything beyond our control.
No refund for cancellation of the flight tickets at any time after the booking is made.
No refund for the trip due to delay/cancellation/rescheduled in the flight timings, However if the guest manages to come at his own cost then the trip could be done as per the itinerary agreed upon. However no refund shall be given for the day missed.
Note: Please note that the refund process may take 2-4 weeks due banking procedure. Beside if the refund is made to the credit card amount or to bank account the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund. Please note that SkyeTrip shall charge Rs.350 per sector per passenger as a cancellation service fee over and above the airline cancellation fee.
